Where did you bring in the 00"s? I brought the year 2000 in at Carolina Medical Center with Sherri and Peggy. We all had the duty of making sure that Charlotte still had CT Scanners running when the dreaded ticking Y2K bug struck at mid-night!
We were in Miami. Robyn had just come home with little David after giving birth on the 29th. Since we lived on the top floor of a high-rise we had to stay away from the windows, and we took cover in the stairwell at midnight due to all the nut-cases who were firing their weapons in the air at the New Year. Fortunately, we all survived it.

ReplyDeleteI was in Israel. What a place to be for the millennium. It was the Sabbath so it was very very quiet in the town we stayed it.
